That which creates night within us might also leave stars. -Victor Hugo
Re. friending: You're more than welcome to friend me - but if you want me to friend you back then drop a comment about it in one of my posts. I won't guarantee that I will friend you back, but 99% of the time I will (unless all that's on your journal is quizzes and/or memes, especially if they're not behind a cut). :)
Now. A little about me. I'm a thirty-something female from Denmark. At the moment I'm at lawschool, because I realized my previous education and occupation was the wrong choice for me. So I guess you could say I rebooted my life. I'm ridiculously and constantly poor as a result, and tend at times to whine about the mass of the stuff I have to read. Don't let that fool you though - I'm actually loving it, and having the time of my life.
I sing all the time, though never in the shower. I go off on rants sometimes. And ramblings. I tend to be opinionated. I like good debates. I will never hate you for having a different opinion, but I may challenge you on it. Not because I think you should change, but because I'm curious as to why people think the way they do.
I'm easily fascinated. I don't really participate in fandoms (with the exception of Hugh Jackman, and even then I keep to my own corner of fandom), but I'm incredibly fascinated by them. I do become a fangirl at times, and go off on tangents about it. (Most recent example being Doctor Who and David Tennant, both of whom I love with all of my fangirling heart.)
One thing that makes me sad is when people spoiler me for movies or tv-shows I'm looking forward to seeing. I may be weird, but I hate knowing what will happen. And please keep in mind that I'm based in Denmark, so it's very possible I won't have had the opportunity of seeing the show/movie at the same time as you. It's not uncommon for movies to open up to a year later in Denmark than they do in the US (don't get me started). Same, and sometimes even more, goes for tv-shows. Just remember that the lj-cut is your best friend, and we'll get along fine.
If all of that hasn't scared you off, then please do friend me. I'm nice and I don't bite (much), and I generally add when someone asks nicely.
